Following the deployment of Release 6 on 8 October 2018 a review of ‘inactive’ Portal claims was undertaken by CRIF for housekeeping purposes. Â
Whilst the majority of old claims involve minors and therefore will not be deleted, CRIF have identified some claims which it appears should no longer be retained in the Portal.
The criteria for claim deletion is as follows:
- All the claims were created in Release 0
- All the claims are more than 42 months old (claims created in 2010/2011)
- All the claims are related to adults
A data cleansing exercise to delete these claims will be undertaken on 16 October 2018 from 16:00 to 18:00. No further action is required by Users during this exercise.
