Please be advised that on Sunday 8 July 2018, CRIF IT department will be running a scheduled maintenance procedure on the data centre.
This means that all CRIF services, including Claims Portal, will be affected. CRIF have advised us that they expect to keep disruption to a minimum. Timings will be communicated nearer the time when the schedule of activities is finalised.
A planned disruption warning will also be displayed on the Claims Portal home page.
