Global offers

As part of release 6, the A2A interface has been aligned with the calculations in the web User interface with regard to Global offers.

There is also a small change to the wording on Stage 2 Settlement pack screens and PDF:  The words (Global offer) have been inserted in brackets after 'Gross amount'.

Funding section

From release 6 the 'Funding' section will be removed from the CNF.  This affects the web interface, A2A and the generated PDFs.

Users will be aware that it is no longer required or used, it related to a funding system that was abolished in 2013.
