Update on deletion of claims
We have stated in paragraph 8.8 of the revised User agreement that we will delete User accounts that have been dormant for over a year. We consider this power is necessary to ensure that we are not storing data for users who are no longer active on the Portal.  We will of course contact Users before taking this step seeking confirmation that they no longer require a Portal account, and will delete User accounts only if the user confirms that it no longer requires an account or does not respond.
This process is not yet active, and further details will be provided shortly.  In the meantime, we would urge Users to ensure that we have up-to-date email addresses for all Administrator Users and that Users have subscribed to our mailing list to receive news and updates. We would also ask that Users who no longer require a Portal account contact us to let us know.
