Wrong position of the section "Total heads of net damage claimed to date" in the pdf Stage 2 Settlement Pack

The position of the section "Total heads of net claimed to date" in the pdf Stage 2 Settlement Pack is not correct. At the moment the value of the section "Total heads of net claimed to date" is under the column "Interest" instead will be moved under the column "Net value claimed". Also for the section of defendant, the position of value "losses offered to date" is not correct. This value will be moved under the column " Net value offered".

Loss calculation on button "Submit Loss"

We applied a fix in the WEB UI, improving the robustness, because of the behavior of users that don’t t wait until the amounts of Tariff loss type are fully calculated from the system.

getClaim() xsd duration of the injury enumeration

On the getClaim() xsd  the enumeration of the SelectDurationOfTheInjury will be from 1 to 7 instead of 0 to 7.

Include value 0 for DurationOfTheInjury for the claimantRep for calls:

It is possible to add loss = 16 to interim payment prereform

For prereform claims Loss = 16 is accepted in the addInterimSPFRequest() and addInterimSPFResponse() requests. It must not be accepted if the claim is prereform.

CLPO-127

• Fix applies both to WEB and A2A.

Raise to 17 max number of disbursement CCP

If the accident date of the claim is prior 31/05/2021 then the max number will be 12 as per R6.

If the accident date of the claim is after 31/05/2021 (included) then max number will be 17 to be aligned with the new number of losses (including additional damages loss).
