If your client requires their password reset for A2A, you will need to direct your client to the Claims Portal website Contact Us section - https://www.claimsportal.org.uk/contact-us/ and request that they complete the A2A Password Reset requests (Production/Live environment only) form.

If the password reset is for the Test environment, your client will need to complete the Integration/Test Environment for A2A Users and for Software Houses/Providers form.

The Help Desk cannot assist users of software providers when their query relates to the software providers application or any errors generated by the A2A service.
