It’s important to keep up to date with User Profile Administration and Access Controls Management - This is self-service by your "System Administrator."
Anyone with a Team Leader profile can unlock locked claims and re-allocate claims allocated to a particular user.  Please ensure that if a claim handler's user account is due to be disabled because they are leaving your organisation or no longer require access to the Portal, you have reallocated claims allocated to that user and downloaded any ‘Printable documents’ before they are disabled. Further guidance on how to perform these actions can be found here: Visibility of Claims.Â
