Minor Amendment on Web Browser

For Claimants only when creating a new CNF

Good morning,

Claims Portal has made a minor amendment to the “Search Insurer” area of the CNF, where a Claimant will search for the Insurer when sending a claim. We have updated “Company name” to “CNF Portal Destination”. We have made this change to make it clearer to the Clamant to see where the CNF they are sending will be received. In many instances the “Insurer Name” and “CNF Portal Destination” will show the same Organisation name, but if a different Organisation name appears in the “CNF Portal Destination” tab, this is where the CNF will be received and worked on,
