The Claims Portal Upgrade team are making final preparations for the launch weekend. During the upgrade the Claims Portal will be offline.

 

  • From - 7pm this Friday 24 May

  • Until - 7am on Tuesday 28 May

 

As this period is over a weekend and a bank holiday, no claims timeouts will be impacted.

During the weekend we’ll conduct the final migration of data and make extensive and thorough checks to ensure the upgraded Portal is working properly ahead of launch at 7am on Tuesday 28th May.

 

In the event of unanticipated issues over the weekend, we’ll implement our plan to revert to the original platform while these are resolved.
