Claims Portal Upgrade Completed

I am pleased to report that the Claims Portal Upgrade went live this morning, delivering a new and improved cloud-based solution. 
 
If you are experiencing any issues, please in the first instance check the information available on our website  There are User Guides and information available to assist you and how to resolve any issues you may experience.   
However, if you still have a query, our usual support process will be in place to assist you.  
 
Please contact us using the relevant form (for Web Users or A2A Users), giving as much information as possible. One of our team will then get in touch as soon as possible.
