Updating the Production environment

 

Claims Portal Web Users Only

To enhance security and to ensure a better user experience of the Web Portal, we are introducing a 45 minute inactivity timeout. This means that if you are inactive for 45 minutes, you will be required to log back in to continue to use the web Portal.

We appreciate your understanding as we implement this change to protect your account and data. We will be updating the Production environment on Wednesday 6th November, between the hours of 19:00 to 23:30 with this change when the Portal will be offline.
