Launch of the new A2A Integration site

We have reached a key milestone in the Claims Portal upgrade work, as the new A2A Integration & Training site will launch on Tuesday 14th May.

To log in you will need to change endpoints

The new A2A Integration endpoints are:

A2A SOAP interface (RTA):
https://integration.rapidclaimsettlement.org.uk/PIP.WSTK/PIPWSTK

A2A SOAP interface (ELPL):
https://integration.rapidclaimsettlement.org.uk/ELPL.WSTK/ELPLWSTK

Website: https://integration.rapidclaimsettlement.org.uk

The IP address will change to 20.254.3.95. This IP address must NOT be used for any connection or web browser purposes, but organisations may need to whitelist it in their company firewalls to ensure traffic is not blocked or the URL unreachable.

Logging in for the first time

The first time you login, click on the link “Forgot your password or first login?” from the login page to setup your own password:

If you encounter an issue with login, it could be that your MFA details need to be added by your Administrator.

Improved security - multi-factor authentication (MFA)

To improve security, we have introduced multi-factor authentication (MFA).

If you have not already done so, your Administrator will need to log in to the new Integration site: https://integration.rapidclaimsettlement.org.uk/,  access the Admin account and follow the MFA validation procedure detailed below.

  • Click “User” and look up your UserID. Check and update the Personal information: The account must be personal and include your First Name and Surname.
  • Click “Edit”.
  • Type in your MFA email address (this should be unique within your organisation) in the field and click “Confirm”.
  • If your email is already in “Verification Pending” status, go to step 6; otherwise, you should see that your email is in “Not Verified” status. To start the email verification procedure, click on “Verify MFA email”.
  • Ensure your email is now in “Verification Pending” status. This means that an email has been delivered to the email address entered aiming to certify your email address.
  • You will receive an email containing a unique link that you will need to click on to complete the email verification procedure. The link is valid for 24 hours; if the verification procedure is not completed within this time, you will need to request a new MFA token.
  • Close all your browser windows. Click on the link in the email to open the portal's login page for the relevant environment. Log in with your usual credentials. You’ll see the confirmation page. Click on Continue.

If you cannot access the Admin section due to expired password, you should use “Cannot access my Administrators Account” to change your password. Administrators who use the original Admin UserIDs provided by Support must use these UserIDs when they login or when they change their password.

Each Administrator will need to check their organisation’s list of Integration users and identify those that are generic and do not contain an individual’s forename and surname. The Administrator will need to edit each user where this is the case and add the user’s forename and surname and ensure that every user/userID has a unique email address.

For organisations where there are multiple accounts, users should ensure that they are in the correct one.

Information in the old site that was not migrated

We previously communicated that from 6pm on Monday 29th April, any changes or additions you made in the ‘old’ Integration site - either to user details or claims data – would NOT be migrated to the new site. Therefore, if this information is needed, any changes will have to be replicated into the new site once it goes live.

Should you use the ‘old’ or ‘new’ Integration site?

You should start to use the new site as soon as it is live, as any issues raised will enable us to iron out any problems prior to the Portal Go live date at the end of May.

However, if you still wish to use the old site, it will remain live until 7pm on Friday 24th May

After this date, only the new Integration & Training site will be in use. We would urge users to ensure that any information they need going forward is visible in the new site or stored accordingly.

What if I experience any problems?

Our usual support process will be in place to assist you with any queries.

Please contact us using the A2A Integration/Testing Contact Us – A2A Users / Software Houses form, giving as much information as possible. One of our team will then get in touch to help you.

We have some final migration and testing still to do this weekend, and we will confirm once we have the Integration & Training site live next week.
