As we enter the final phase of the migration from SOAP to REST, we want to ensure that you have everything in place for a smooth and successful transition.

The SOAP API will be decommissioned at the end of June 2026. From this point onward:

  • A2A connectivity will be available exclusively via REST
  • If you have not completed your development and migration to REST, you will no longer be able to access the Claims Portal via API.

Steps to Go Live

To support a smooth migration from SOAP to REST, please ensure you complete the following steps:

  1. Register for the Developer Portal
  2. Obtain your testing credentials
  3. Submit your sign-off pack
    • Please note:
      • Testing sign-off can take up to 10 business days
      • Production credential requests can take up to 5 business days
      • These timeframes may be longer during peak periods
  1. Complete production REST API form to obtain production credentials
    • Software house users must request their own production credentials (not via the software house).

Once you have successfully migrated to the REST API, you may run SOAP and REST in parallel for up to three weeks (reduced from five weeks based on user feedback).
After this period, your SOAP connection will be disabled.
If you require more than three weeks of dual running, please contact us.
