What does Claims Portal do?

What does Claims Portal do? Claims Portal Ltd (‘CPL’), registered office: Linford Wood House, 6-12 Capital Drive, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, MK14 6XT, provides, via https://www.claimsportal.org.uk/, the functionality for claimant representatives ('Representatives'), compensators ('Compensators') and litigants in person (LIPs) to exchange all relevant claim information and documentation between, in line with the MoJ Pre-Action Protocol via the Rapid Claims Settlement Portal (the 'Portal'). It is a scheme for Employers Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL) and Motor claims of a value up to £25,000.

What personal information does Claims Portal collect via the Website and why?

The personal information that we may collect about you broadly falls into the following categories:

Information that you provide voluntarily
We may ask you via the Website to provide your email address in order to register for use of the Portal.
Information that we collect automatically
