If given access to the Portal you confirm that you will use the Portal for the sole purpose of submitting a single claim in your own name, and in entering into this Agreement you agree to Claims Portal Limited making such checks as it considers necessary to ensure that the information provided by you about your application, identity and contact details is accurate.

If you are seeking to register as a Claimant Representative, you are authorised to conduct litigation in England and Wales and regulated by either the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority (SRA), the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) or the Bar Standards Board.
The organisation name, address and any telephone number(s) provided in your application for registration are the same as those held by the relevant regulatory body.
You will provide us with a name, telephone number and business email address for an individual within your organisation who will take the role of Administrator.
Information you'll need before you register:
Claimant Representatives and Compensators, are required to be registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in order to successfully progress their Portal registration application.
As a Claimant Representative you will also need to be authorised and regulated to conduct litigation in England and Wales by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, CILEX or the Bar Standards Board.Â
In addition to the above, you will be required to provide a business email address which relates solely and directly to your appointed Administrator. In some cases we may also ask for a link to your organisation’s website.
All information provided on your registration form must match those found on the ICO, SRA and Law Society websites. This includes contact information such as organisation address, phone number and email addresses.
Without the above information your registration will be referred or rejected.
