We are aware of an issue that happened yesterday that affected web Users attempting to log in to the Claims Portal using the e-mail Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) method. Â
The Authenticator App method of MFA was not affected.  The issue was caused by a Microsoft Azure problem and was resolved by Microsoft shortly after midday.  There should be no further problems in this regard.
