Portal Upgrades – Final Quarter to Migrate: Act Now (June 2026)

We are now in the final quarter of the migration from SOAP to REST, and we want to support you in completing your transition—whether that’s migrating to REST or moving to the web portal.

The SOAP API will be permanently decommissioned at the end of June 2026. From this point onward:

  • A2A connectivity will be available exclusively via the REST API
  • Any organisation that has not completed migration to REST will lose API access to the Claims Portal

If You Choose Not to Migrate to REST

If you do not migrate to the REST API, you can continue to process claims after June 2026 by switching to the Claims Portal web interface.

Using the Web Portal

Using the web portal allows you to continue submitting and managing claims without API connectivity. To support this transition, we recommend that you:

  • Use our User Guides for
  • Practise in the Integration environment, familiarising yourself with both Claimant and Compensator journeys
  • Download the Web Portal Log‑In User Guide After you are Registered, which includes:
  • Step‑by‑step instructions for first‑time login
  • Access management guidance
  • Common error scenarios and how to resolve them
